I called this morning asking if they had any concrete bird baths in stock. The sales associate said yes and that she would text me pictures. She went out and took pictures of the concrete bird bath plus some ceramic bird baths that they had in stock and texted me the pictures within minutes of me calling. She also went back to check the prices. She could have easily just said yes and hung up but she went above and beyond. I also found variegated society garlic that I was looking for. Hidden Ponds is a wonderful nursery with wonderful staff!!

I love this place. Hidden ponds is a hidden gem, guaranteed to please all members of your family. Come for high quality plants, and stay for the sights and animals 🐐. A testament to the quality… I purchased some plants here and then made a quick trip to Lowe’s when I realized I needed more. The hidden ponds plants are thriving, and the Lowe’s ones all died / are barely hanging on! You also know when shopping at hidden ponds that the plants are meant for our soil and climate. Not the case at other garden stores. Highly recommend.

On my visit today, a young lady asked if I needed assistance. 1st time experience since I've been shopping there for over 20 years. I wish I had gotten her name but she was awesome and the young man that rang me up was also very helpful.

Very helpful in plant selection. An installation crew did a fantastic professional job installing the plants per the plan. A great, easy way for me to get some major landscaping done!

Overall: A great local nursery that is leagues better than what you'll find at a big box store. Shop local! The good: Plenty of parking and lots of variety to choose from. You'll probably find what you're looking for, at least in terms of local shrubs, flowers, and trees. I definitely go here versus a big box store, not only for quality reasons but also for "specialty" items. Plus, if you have kiddos, there's a little pond with koi fish and a (caged) chicken area to explore. Almost all of the plants that I've gotten from there have held up after planting and are still healthy and growing. The not-so-good: On subsequent visits, the supply/availability of certain items can definitely vary. One of the times I had to leave without finding what I wanted. Depending on where you live (e.g. downtown), it can be pretty far of a drive (especially if there's traffic).
